Construction of a 31 unit housing development, consisting of 6 no. 1 Bedroom Apartments, 6 no. 2 Bed Duplex Apartments, 16 no. 3 Bed Semi Detached Houses and 3 no. 4 Bed Detached Houses, together with all ancillary site works and servicesat Convent Road, Clare, Claremorris, Co Mayo. (Reference No. in the Planning Register is P24/399.
The aforementioned development would contravene materially contravene the zoning provision for Claremorris, which is part of the Mayo County Development Plan 2022-2028, where the site is zoned for Strategic Residential Reserve Tier 1.
