Belleek, Ballina, Co,Mayo.
The construction of a Municipal Multi-Sport Astro Pitch to include associated drainage, lighting, fencing and civil works. The proposal includes hard and soft landscaping works, surface paving, planting, boundary treatments and all other associated site development works and services.
The facility will cater for wide range of local sports clubs. The proposed Astro pitch will be located on the footprint of an existing grass-based pitch at the address noted.
Plans and particulars of the proposed development, will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy at the following offices of Mayo County Council for a period ending on 8th April 2021, by appointment only:

required in respect of this proposed development. Mayo County Council has carried out an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Screening Report and has determined that there is no real likelihood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed development and has determined that an EIAR is not required.
