Pursuant to the provisions of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994 and Section 95 of the Road Traffic Act 1961, Mayo County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to implement traffic calming measures at the following locations:
R294, Healy Terrace, Ballina (between Shanaghy Heights and Cluain Na Rí)
The proposed works comprise of the construction of raised controlled crossings, drainage, new footpath, signage, line-marking and additional public lighting.
Drawings relating to the proposed works may be inspected:
at Ballina Civic Offices, Arran Place, Ballina, Co. Mayo, F26E5D7 from Tuesday, 24th February 2026 to Friday, 27th March 2026 from 9.30a.m. to 1.00p.m. and 2.00p.m. to 4.30p.m.
