- Improve access to the river from the Quay area for SUP, kayaks, and rowing boats.
- Develop facitlities such as toilets and showers for users of the river at the Quay.
- Increase access points between the Quay and bridges for recreational users.
- Add more floating pontoons at the Quay with recreational water users in mind.
- Provide access for people with disabilities.
