Rezoning of lands to residential

Lands at Laghtadawannagh, Ballina, Mayo. 

To whom it may concern, 

We wish to make a submission for consideration in relation to the public consultation for Zoning of lands at Ballina and surrounding areas. 

The lands are located as highlighted on the attached map and are currently Zoned Agricultural, the owner which to have it considered that the lands be re-zoned Residential.

As you will note the lands are located between two existing developments located directly North & South of the lands. The lands in question are of good quality with good road frontage. 

The access to the lands is located on a local road and comprise of 6.8 hectares. A pre-connection enquiry has been lodged with Irish water to access feasibility for water & sewer service at the site. 

The footpath along the road from the front of the site runs out to the R314. 

We have submitted the attached details in writing to The council buildings in Ballina.
