To whom it may concern,

Attached is a map of our land on the Old Ballindine road, Claremorris marked with a red arrow.

We would like to have this land re-zoned to residential land as it sits between two housing estates.

The front of the land meets the main road which had footpaths, street lighting, town sewage and water.

Our land is just over 100 yards from the Clare lake project and the newly developed walkway around the railway lake.

A big portion of land which is separated by a river near our land is zoned recreation and amenities also.

I wish to have our land re-zoned as residential.
