Lack of planning on traffic flow, Pedestrianisation of town centre and outdoor amenities and facilities

As a trader in the centre of Ballina, the traffic and parking plan for the centre of town needs to be prioritised to keep businesses open and accesible to the public of all ages before any  pedestrianisation and out door amenities are developed.
